    Merasenko Corporation is a Japanese company that manufactures medical disposable devices such as blood tubing circuit for dialysis, surgical knife sharpener, F-type breathing circuit, infusion line, and tracheotomy tube in semi-finished form. I was a pioneer of this company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervised and coordinated activities of 30 production workers engaged in the assembly of blood tubing for dialysis, surgical knife sharpener, F-type aseathiung circuit, infusion line, and tracheotomy tube in semi-finished form.
  • Reviewed job orders and determined production processes required and job priorities based on due dates and production processes.
  • Approved supply orders and coordinate stock on hand.
  • Scheduled and monitored preventative maintenance as required and schedule major equipment repair to minimize production down time.
Special Accomplishment:
    Learned how to handle work pressures despite the diffculty for a first timer and was able to emulate good working attitude of the Japanese mentors.
