Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planned and established engineering schedules and followed up performance against estimates.
- Improved techniques for the control of product designs, quality, and reliability.
- Established procedures to provide high standards of quality in product designs and development.
- Forwarded consistent updates to customers to ensure products conform to customer’s requirements and needs.
- Initiated cost reduction proposals, made recommendation for action, and checked on results obtained.
Special Accomplishment:
Was able to manage and guide the engineering team to be capable of operating independently or to a minimal US supervision
which enabled our US counterparts to focus more on sales and marketing. As a result the team got a first major project
towards the end of November 2008.
